At the picture one is getting prepared for Power Pull™.

At the Power Pull™dogs will pull the rope from the both sides of the wall, in a way that they are not able to see each other. The rope will come through a wall where there is a suitable hole for the rope to come through. The dogs have no eye contact at any time in the Power Pull™. So it is not about aggression, but about power!

The rope is entirely 10 metres long. It's marked in the middle and also 1,20 metres from both ends. Handlers will keep their dogs on leaches but only in a watchful way, not to guide the dog on how to pull. For example the handler is not allowed to pull the leach into the right direction. If the handler however uses the leach to guide the dog, the judge will warn once. If the guiding continues, the dog will be disqualified.

Before the Power Pull™ dogs will be divided into different categories according to their weight. After this begins the dropping contest, where winner goes to continue and finally to the final.

RANKING-points: If the Power Pull™-competition is arranged under SATHY ry.:s permission, the Ranking-points are being given as following: To take part in the Power Pull™-contest 1 point, to win your opponent 1 point. Dogs will be weight and divided into different categories according to their weight. In these categories there are dogs that weight almost the same. The categories are about the same by the amount of the dogs and in every category the is an even amount of dogs. One category is preferably 4 or 8 dogs. If there are an uneven number of dogs in the category, the heaviest dog will win. The dog who will pull the rope backwards 2 metres, or who will pull more than the opponent within 2 minutes, or who's opponent will let the rope lose, or whoÍs opponent is being touched/guided - will win. When the exact draw takes place, the lighter dog will win. Winner is the dog who runs out of opponents in it's own category. The main judge has the ultimate power to make decisions.
